Main Responsibilities
Manage customer account for OES business (existing business, serial life + EOP phase, changes, and new opportunities)
Coordinate daily with plants and internal teams (logistics, quality, IT, finance, R&D, marketing)
Act as the key interface between customers and plants on operational and commercial topics
Maintain strong customer relationships, monitor satisfaction, and drive improvement actions
Prepare and update commercial offers (parts, investments, engineering costs) with the Sales Manager
Manage after serial life pricing and lead negotiations with customer Purchasing teams
Contribute to commercial strategy, budgeting, and planning through market analysis and insights
Use SAP and Excel for quotations, reporting, and follow‑up activities
Qualifications
Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
2–3 years of experience in sales, key account management, or project management within an industrial environment is a strong plus
Experience in the automotive sector is a strong plus
Fluent in both German and English
Strong command of Excel and SAP/ERP systems
Highly structured, organized, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Customer‑oriented, reliable, and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership
