The Regional HR Business Partner will play a critical role in supporting operational leadership and aligning regional workforce initiatives with overall business strategy.
Job Description: The Regional Human Resources Business Partner will serve as the senior HR resource for a designated Southwest region. This role partners closely with executive and regional leadership to provide strategic and hands‑on human resources support. The position operates within a matrix structure, collaborating with enterprise People leadership while directly supporting regional operations.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast‑paced, field‑driven environment and can balance strategic guidance with day‑to‑day HR execution.
Key Responsibilities: Employee Relations & Performance Support
Lead employee relations efforts across the region, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and documented appropriately
Coach managers on performance improvement, disciplinary procedures, and termination processes
Conduct workplace investigations and recommend solutions that minimize organizational risk
Strategic Business Partnership
Advise regional leadership on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement
Support leaders through organizational changes, growth initiatives, and operational shifts
Provide practical HR guidance aligned with both regional goals and enterprise strategy
Talent & Workforce Operations
Collaborate with leadership and talent acquisition teams to support hiring strategies and staffing plans
Oversee key employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, job changes, promotions, transfers, and separations
Ensure a consistent and positive onboarding and offboarding experience across the region
Compliance & Policy Administration
Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment regulations
Interpret and apply company policies consistently while balancing business objectives and employee experience
HR Operations & Systems
Maintain accurate employee records and data within HRIS platforms
Support enterprise HR initiatives and special projects as needed
Qualifications: Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
3–5 years of progressive HR experience in a Generalist or Business Partner capacity
Experience supporting multi‑site or regional operations preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage confidential matters with discretion
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Proven success in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
Preferred:
Bilingual in English and Spanish
