The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of demonstrable experience, a strong background in video production, photography, advanced editing skills, and a deep understanding of cinematography—including three‑point lighting and the creation of effective light schemes. This role requires expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects, with the ability to build animations and visual assets from scratch and perform rotoscoping. Key Responsibilities
Operate professional video cameras on location and in studio settings.
Set up and manage lighting, audio, and other production equipment to achieve a cinematic look.
Apply advanced techniques in lighting, including three‑point lighting, to create compelling visual narratives.
Photography
Operate professional camera on location and studio settings.
Edit raw footage using Lightroom.
Post‑Production & Editing
Edit raw footage using Adobe Premiere Pro.
Create and integrate animations, visual assets, and perform rotoscoping in Adobe After Effects.
Workflow & Collaboration
Collaborate closely with the creative and production teams to ensure the highest quality output.
Manage equipment inventory and maintain a streamlined production workflow.
Required Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Film, Video Production, Cinematography, or a related field.
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years in a professional role with demonstrable expertise in video production and editing.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Adobe After Effects.
Ability to create animations and assets from scratch, with strong rotoscoping skills.
Expertise in cinematography techniques, particularly three‑point lighting.
Physical Competencies:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand for prolonged periods during shoots.
Capability to handle physically demanding tasks, including moving equipment and setting up production environments.
Ability to travel and participate in events and conventions.
Additional:
A strong portfolio or reel showcasing professional video production and post‑production work.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
