Key Responsibilities
Edit and assemble raw footage into a polished final product, ensuring high-quality standards are met
Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards
Select and incorporate music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance the overall video
Ensure all videos are delivered on time and within budget
Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to improve video quality and production processes
Manage and organize video files and assets
Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and project completion
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field
Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role
Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid
Strong understanding of color correction, audio mixing, and video compression
Excellent communication and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
A portfolio or demo reel showcasing previous video editing work
