Job Description The Marketing Manager - Foodservice Sales is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales growth, customer engagement, and brand positioning within the foodservice segment. This role partners closely with Sales, Procurement, and Operations to support revenue initiatives, promotional programs, and market expansion efforts. The ideal candidate understands food distribution, customer profitability, operator needs, and how to translate marketing strategy into measurable sales results.
Job Duties
Develop and execute marketing programs that support foodservice sales growth
Partner with Sales leadership to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
Create promotional campaigns aligned with vendor programs and company initiatives
Track and measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
Support new account acquisition efforts with targeted marketing materials
Collaborate with key manufacturer partners to maximize rebate and promotional programs
Manage food shows, customer events, and sampling initiatives
Ensure alignment between vendor funding and sales priorities
Coordinate marketing calendars tied to seasonal and commodity trends
Oversee marketing communications including email campaigns, flyers, digital assets, and sales tools
Ensure consistent branding across customer-facing materials
Partner with corporate marketing to align regional initiatives
Manage social media and local market visibility (if applicable)
Other Duties as Assigned
Pay Range: $78,900 - $105,700

Qualifications High School Diploma
2 - 4 years of marketing experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
3-5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in foodservice, distribution, or CPG
Strong understanding of foodservice sales cycles and operator needs
Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into action
Excellent communication and project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/reporting tools
