We are looking for a Podcast Audio & Video Content Producer to join the Hannity team in South Florida!

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Produce, shoot, and edit short- and long-form video for social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X, Snapchat, YouTube, and TikTok

Edit and produce video using Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop

Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the content stays innovative and relevant across all verticals

Initiate and troubleshoot LiveU video streams, LiveU encoder/decoder, contributor feeds and guest zooms for live integration in podcast content

Produce and edit reels, video formats, and podcast segments/episodes/clips

Package video assets and edit footage into compelling, visually appealing social media storytelling videos

Apply production elements including graphics, audio mixing, and social optimizations to deliver high-quality, shareable content

Develop sharp and engaging story angles

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Bachelor's degree; new media related field of study preferred, or equivalent experience

Proven experience in social media content creation in a fast-paced environment

Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling and shareable content

Skilled in using Adobe Premiere and Photoshop for vertical video production and graphic templates

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Passion for social media, digital video, and audio marketing, and emerging trends in the digital podcast landscape

Confident in working with on-air talent

Flexibility in schedule to shift your schedule as news, events, and projects warrant

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $74,000.00-87,000.00 annually for high cost labour markets such as but not limited to New York City and Los Angeles, $61,600.00-72,500.00 annually for all other US locations. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
