The Marketing Manager oversees the marketing activities and long-term marketing strategy for the clinic.
The Marketing Manager will build strong personal and direct working relationships with the clinic’s workforce, market physicians, workforce community, personal injury attorneys, and broader medical communities. The Marketing Manager’s responsibilities also include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns and managing the marketing budget. It is also their responsibility to ensure that all marketing material is aligned with FYZICAL’s brand identity and to nurture physician relationships for all clinics in the region.## Responsibilities
* **Relationship Management:** Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with physicians, specialists, and hospital systems to increase referrals.* **Sales and Marketing:** Conduct clinical sales presentations to promote specialized PT services (e.g., sports medicine, orthopedics).* **Strategic Planning:** Execute marketing strategies to target "desired" and "developing" referral sources.* **Communication:** Act as the liaison between the PT clinic and the community, ensuring high-quality, consistent communication.* **Data Reporting:** Track and report on referral data, market trends, and progress towards sales goals to management.* **Problem-Solving:** Address barriers to referral growth and resolve issues between referring doctors and the clinic.* Foster and nurture the physician marketing effort for all locations.* Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about FYZICAL and drive qualified traffic.* Oversee paid advertising opportunities in print publications, digital advertising, and other potential advertising avenues.* Identify and explore various organic and paid acquisition channels to determine best practices at a local level to employ for the clinic.* Produce valuable and engaging content for the clinic’s digital landscape that attracts and converts our targeted demographics.* Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a monthly and annual basis – allocating funds and spend wisely.* Oversee and approve marketing material (digital, advertisement, and print).* Manage 3rd party partners in public relations, digital advertising, and traditional advertising spaces.* Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.* Maintenance of clinic’s email marketing efforts –* This includes the Email Database, Email Copy, and Metric Reporting* Manage and maintain all marketing tools and resources.* Tracking of marketing initiatives to point to ROI.## Skills & Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration or Marketing preferred.* Recent and direct experience working in a communications position within a sales or marketing environment may be substituted in lieu of education and/or experience requirements.* Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.* Ability to complete assigned tasks thoroughly and in a timely manner with minimal supervision.* Strong organizational and time management skills.* Fluent in computer programs.* Effective oral and written communication skills* must be willing to travel 70% of the time* Hours can be variable, based on certain marketing eventsApply today to join the team at one of the many independently owned and operated FYZICAL franchise locations across the nation.
