Position Overview The Marketing Communications Assistant supports the planning and execution of live promotional and fundraising events. This is a client-facing, event-based role ideal for someone energetic, organized, and comfortable working with the public.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing promotional events

Represent clients at live fundraising campaigns

Engage attendees and communicate campaign goals

Support donation tracking and donor follow-up

Help create marketing materials and social content

Provide on-site event coordination and administrative support

Qualifications

Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings/weekends

Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
