The Opportunity: We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Marketing Associate to keep our marketing content, messaging, and channel execution running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of marketing experience who’s highly organized, detail-obsessed, and excited to learn across brand, product, and sales enablement.
You’ll own the day-to-day operational backbone of our marketing efforts—making sure our messaging stays accurate everywhere it lives, our channels stay up to date, and our internal teams have what they need to succeed. This role will be located in NYC and reports to the SVP of Marketing.
What You’ll Do:
Campaign/project coordination:
Support coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, keeping timelines on track, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring launch readiness across required deliverables.
Content & messaging governance:
Maintain up-to-date messaging and product details across channels as positioning, pricing, or product details evolve, including QA and executing updates in coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Sales enablement:
Own and execute one-off sales enablement requests (asset creation and customization); own maintenance, organization, and accessibility of sales collateral; support ongoing print collateral needs for TheGuarantors partners, including forecasting and reorders.
Social media & community management:
Monitor and respond to inbound messages and mentions on social channels; support organic social posting and basic channel upkeep.
Reporting, analytics, and marketing hygiene:
Produce and maintain high-level monthly marketing reporting, support periodic content/channel audits, and coordinate recurring marketing operational tasks.
Vendor management:
Manage relationships with key external vendors and partners (e.g., print, gifting), including driving efficiencies and improvements.
What You Bring:
Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
Strong project management and operational rigor:
you run clean processes, manage details, and reliably hit deadlines
High ownership and a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset:
you execute quickly, adapt as priorities change, maintain high standards, and are keen to learn what you don’t know
Experience maintaining content and messaging across channels, with comfort in publishing workflows and keeping materials current and consistent
Clear, confident written and verbal communication:
you can distill information for internal stakeholders, communicate early, and surface issues quickly
Cross-functional collaboration skills:
able to work effectively with Product, Sales, and other teams, and communicate across levels in the organization (up, down, and across)

The base salary range is between $100,000-$135,000 annually.
