- Coordinate participation in trade shows, conferences, and industry events
- Manage exhibitor registrations, forms, deadlines, and compliance items
- Coordinate booth logistics, shipping, setup timelines, onsite needs, and breakdown
- Maintain centralized events calendar and milestone tracking
- Support pre-event and post-event follow-up including internal reporting and lead tracking
- Manage advertising schedules and publication deadlines
- Track ad specifications, creative requirements, and placements
- Coordinate creative handoffs and vendor communication
- Maintain organized records of placements and publication timelines
- Maintain company boilerplate language for press and marketing materials
- Support press release coordination and logistics
- Track press placements and industry coverage
- Maintain centralized marketing and PR activity log
- Organize and update sales materials including one-pagers and pitch decks
- Support lead handoff and CRM updates post-events
- Maintain CRM hygiene related to marketing initiatives
- Ensure sales team access to current enablement assets
- Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support
- Maintain organized files, calendars, and shared documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership
- Serve as operational continuity to move initiatives from planning to completion
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in marketing coordination, sales support, trade show coordination, event planning, or advertising coordination
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience supporting marketing programs, trade shows, or advertising schedules
- Strong background in organizing timelines, managing deadlines, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and cloud-based collaboration tools
- Willingness to travel domestically 5–10 times per year
- Ability to work fully in-office in Denver Metro Area
