Your Key Responsibilities

  • Help clients evaluate capital options, capture greater transaction value and achieve strategic objectives – whether they are buying or selling a distressed asset, restructuring a business, dealing with underperformance, or improving cash management.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reviews of company operations, attend legal proceedings, rendel en judgement in judicial management, support liquidation processes and advise on corporate risk management issues.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree and 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 3 years of related work_posts.
  • Experience interacting with client C‑suite and senior management teams to understand and evaluate key business issues including liquidity, cash flow, and potential financial and operational challenges.
  • Experience identifying data to prepare detailed complex financial analyses, including 13‑week cash flow models.
  • Experience developing financial and operational strategies for a turnaround to improve liquidity, credit availability and shareholder_return.
  • Strong financial modeling skills, including the ability to create robust and flexible models based on client data.
  • Ability to work under high pressure and adapt to a dynamic working environment.
  • Excellent problem solving, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
  • Must reside in or be commutable to your office location for this position.
  • Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Finance/corporate restructuring experience.
  • Client‑facing experience from a professional services background.
  • Knowledge of how to leverage firm‑approved AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot.

What We Offer

  • A comprehensive compensation and benefits package – base salary range $205,000 to $235,000 and a Total Rewards package including medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and paid time off.
  • Join us in a team‑led and mode with most client‑serving roles working together in person 40‑60% of the time.
  • A flexible vacation policy that lets you decide how much time off you need, with additional time for EY Paid Holidays, winter/summer breaks, personal/family care and other leaves of absence.
