We have strong data science competencies, and we service customers in retail and publishing. We’re finalizing two strategic partnership agreements which create the need for operational expertise and content leadership.

Position Description We’re looking for someone to build and lead a new organization to create digital content that will be distributed to our blue-chip publisher partners. The content will be consumed by consumers, creating an absolute need for prior experience producing content for consumers. The position requires the creation of an editorial calendar, hiring a team of writers, driving production, and optimizing our content delivery pipeline.

The right candidate will be a proven leader who has managed a large team of writers. The candidate must have depth in delivering content for consumer audiences. Our publisher customers live and die on the premise of delivering high-quality content to their readers and so must we. Our mission is to be their source of high‑quality consumer content that engages their readers, while also driving new revenues. Our customers are always ‘on deadline’ and so are we. You must be great at hiring, team building, and be the the natural leader everyone wants to follow.

Core Requirements of Candidates

You have led a team of 8+ writers and editors

Owned and operated a large‑scale editorial calendar for textual content

You can share a portfolio of content you’ve delivered for consumer subscribers or audiences

Experience delivering written content on tight publisher deadlines

Built and managed a repeatable article production pipeline

Maintained rigorous standards for quality, voice, and factual accuracy

What You’ll Do

You will build 8+ person writing team

Create, own and manage a consumer editorial calendar

Design and optimize a scalable written content production pipeline

Integrate AI tools into the editorial workflow to increase efficiency without sacrificing quality

Establish editorial standards for voice, sourcing, fact‑checking, and compliance

Ensure consistent, on‑time delivery to major publisher partners

Hire, mentor, and develop editorial talent

Partner with data and product teams to optimize content performance

Required Skills

10+ years in textual consumer content

Recent experience managing a team of 8+ writers/editors

Direct ownership of an editorial calendar for a consumer‑facing publication

Experience delivering high‑volume written articles (not video or broadcast)

Demonstrated ability to hit aggressive publishing deadlines

Strong operational mindset — you know how to build and run a content machine

Proven leadership experience; hiring, coaching, and performance management

Nice to Have Skills

Experience at a major consumer publisher or digital media company

Experience scaling content operations

Familiarity with performance‑driven or revenue‑supported publishing models

Experience collaborating with data science or product teams

Experience with apparel, footwear and beauty sectors
