You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Our Agency has been serving the Indianapolis area since 2009. We pride our Agency Team with having a fun environment and culture. We are active in the community and partner with many local businesses and organizations. Our Team is passionate about helping families and taking care of people in our community. RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Pro-actively reach out to customers to grow the Agency customer base. Visit local businesses to create and maintain community relationships and attend community events. Gather accurate customer information and provide excellent customer service and experience. QUALIFICATIONS
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in sales and/or marketing or a related field preferred. Compensation $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
