After your first six months of proven success, you’ll be enrolled in the Kentucky Agent Aspirant Program
At that point, you’ll sign a contract for your Agency Appointment Bonus, to be paid upon agency launch

Exceed aggressive sales and retention goals
Learn how to balance growth, service, and leadership
Participate in advanced training and shadowing with other high-performing State Farm agents
Years 3–4: Leadership & Agency Development
Learn advanced marketing, recruiting, hiring, training, and budgeting
Build and execute business plans and lead projects
Gain exposure to the Sales Leader team (those who make future agent selections) and State Farm leadership across Kentucky and Indiana
