We're looking for a motivated and organized
Customer Service Representative
who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. This role plays a key part in supporting Sales and Customer Service through accurate order processing, strong communication, and dependable administrative support, all to help deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Administrative Support
Enter and process sales orders, purchase orders, and related documentation
Provide administrative support to the Sales team
Assist with order setup, updates, and account maintenance
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Customer & Internal Support
Respond to basic customer inquiries and route requests as needed
Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure timely service
Communicate accurate order and service information to customers
Operational & Order Support
Track and update orders, schedules, and internal systems
Assist with parts quoting and order entry
Help ensure accurate data entry to support billing and reporting
Escalate discrepancies or missing information for resolution
Qualifications
Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Experience with CRM or ERP systems a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer-focused mindset
Team collaboration
Time management
Adaptability and willingness to learn
