What Youll Do:
As our
Sales Manager , you are the heartbeat of the studios success. Youll be responsible for driving membership sales, building strong client relationships, and creating a positive and energetic environment for our team and members.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive New Membership Sales
through in-person, phone, and digital outreach
Lead Front Desk Team
to ensure exceptional customer service and goal achievement
Track and Report Key Performance Metrics
including conversion rates and revenue
Create a Community Culture
by engaging with members and hosting local events
Collaborate with Ownership and Instructors
to ensure a seamless studio experience
Who You Are:
A motivated leader with at least
12 years of sales or fitness studio experience
A confident communicator who can close sales with energy and authenticity
Organized and goal-driven with the ability to
work independently and as part of a team
Passionate about health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals
What We Offer:
$25 per hour base pay
plus
