Google Ads and PPC Strategist Remote (Must be US Based) 20 Hours Per Week (Rolling Contract) $35 Per Hour This is an opportunity to join a high performing performance marketing team and take ownership of meaningful Google Ads and PPC budgets. You will work with ambitious B2B brands and have genuine influence over how they grow, rather than simply optimising small campaigns at the margins.

Operating as a small, elite team, they are trusted to manage significant digital budgets and drive measurable growth. They partner directly with founders and senior decision makers to shape marketing strategy, not just execution. As they continue to scale, they are looking to add a strategic B2B PPC expert who can own and grow key accounts.

The Role and Deliverables

Take full ownership of substantial monthly Google Ads and PPC budgets across B2B accounts. Build and execute full funnel paid media strategies across complex B2B buying cycles. Drive performance across the MQL to SQL pipeline, ensuring campaigns are closely tied to revenue. Use performance data to influence client positioning, messaging and broader growth strategy. Work closely with senior stakeholders to align paid media with wider commercial objectives. Your Skills & Experience

Strong experience managing Google Ads and PPC campaigns in a B2B environment. Proven ability to build and optimise full funnel strategies across longer, complex sales cycles. Track record of driving high quality MQL and SQL outcomes from paid campaigns. Comfortable owning significant monthly ad spend and making data led decisions at pace. Ability to translate performance metrics into clear strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
