Mountain‑n‑Plains, Inc is currently seeking a part‑time to full‑time Leasing Agent to present and show properties to prospective lessors. The goal is to scout potential clients (driven to MNP via websites and other marketing avenues), turn them into actual clients and achieve high occupancy rates.
Hours
Monday‑Friday 8am to 5pm – Starting March 1, 2026‑July 31, 2026 (possibly into August) Pay
$18.00 per hour with vehicle mileage compensation. Responsibilities
Answering and returning rental calls, including scheduling showings and screening prospects Attend weekly staff meetings, where you will need to report important information including property conditions Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants Confirm rental application data and accept applications with knowledge of MNP policies Stay knowledgeable of the property market status Provide supplied information on all aspects of properties Requirements
MUST be 18 or older MUST have a reliable vehicle, reliable cell phone, and current vehicle insurance Customer service orientated Job Type
