We're looking for a Remote Customer Service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will help drive the continued success by providing reliable and impeccable preventive maintenance service. You will act as a trusted adviser to our customers, evaluating their needs and performing maintenance: Answer inbound calls from members regarding their benefits. Focus on the quality of each call and being able to multitask. These are complex calls. Research information regarding deductibles, claim status, providers, etc. Answer questions about Medicare and Medicaid Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate a passion for helping others. Handle sensitive information Benefits: Health, Dental, Life and AD&D Insurance, Employee Wellness and 401k plans. Paid Time Off and Holidays with Generous Company Discounts. Mon-Fri $16-$22 Per Hour
