We're currently seeking Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representatives who are dedicated, detail-oriented, and ready to make a real impact-all from the comfort of their own home.This is a remote position, but to qualify, applicants must reside within 75 miles of a--CRI deployment facility in Martinez, GA, Lowell, AR, Hendersonville, TNWhat You'll DoAssist student loan borrowers with account inquiries, repayment options, and application processesHandle inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environmentProvide accurate, professional, and empathetic customer supportEnsure compliance with federal regulations, company policies, and data security standardsMeet key performance indicators and quality assurance standardsHow Do You QualifyU.S. CitizenshipFluency in Spanish and English, while primarily taking calls from Spanish-speaking customersHigh School diploma or GED6+ months of customer service in a business, non-retail environment or call center experience6+ months of computer experience in a business settingProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote)Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust (5c) security clearance (financial/credit history and background will be reviewed):Not in default on federal student loansDemonstrated financial responsibilityNo felony convictions within the past 7 yearsMisdemeanor convictions within the past 7 years may impact eligibilityNo non-medical collections totaling $7,500 or morePreferred--Prior call center experienceAssociate or bachelor's degree--Technical & Availability RequirementsReliable high-speed internet connection (No WIFI, wired Ethernet required)Reliable transportation to a CRI facility for pre-employment visits (such as equipment pickup and credentialing) and any additional on-site requirements during employmentMust pass an online customer service assessmentMust have a quiet, private, and distraction-free home workspace, with no caregiving responsibilities or other interruptions during scheduled work hoursAvailable to work any assigned shift during Contact Center hours: --Monday: --7am - 10pm CST, Tuesday - Friday: 7am - 7pm CST, Saturday: 9am - 1pm CST-- -- -- ---- --Classroom and Hands-On-Training: Up to 5-6 weeks, paid, Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (remote)Pay & BenefitsBase Pay:--$17.75 per hourHealth & Welfare Pay: Additional $4.93/hour (up to 40 hrs.
