What Youll Do

Make 100 outbound calls daily to existing customers
Ensure order satisfaction and present new product releases and specials
Identify and develop high-potential collectors for premier portfolio growth
Build trust-based, long-term client relationships
Confidently ask for the sale and exceed monthly sales quotas
Maintain accurate CRM records and manage client activity
Process orders and coordinate fulfillment
Continuously deepen product knowledge through ongoing training

What You Bring

Strong phone presence with confident closing ability
Experience handling high outbound call volume
Consultative selling mindset with relationship-building skills
Organized, competitive, and self-motivated
CRM experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
