This role requires a minimum of 12 years' of senior-level experience in fundraising, advancement, business development, or strategic partnerships, with a proven track record in the education, nonprofit, or social impact sectors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of advancement strategy, pipeline management, and public-private partnerships, and will be adept at securing major gifts, institutional funding, and corporate/philanthropic revenue. Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen are essential, as is a demonstrated commitment to the values of belonging, innovation, and community impact.
