Order Processor

The Order Processor is responsible for answering customer inquiries, scheduling pick-ups via email, creating and managing customer orders, and processing orders efficiently. The role includes entering and managing customer information in a warehouse management system, as well as processing and monitoring shipping and receiving documentation and transactions. Responsibilities Answer customer inquiries and schedule pick-ups via email. Create and manage customer orders and accounts. Process orders efficiently and accurately. Enter and manage customer information in a warehouse management system. Process and monitor shipping and receiving documentation and transactions. Essential Skills Proven experience in a customer service or administrative support role. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Additional Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus. Work Environment This position is based in an office within a warehouse/distribution center. The role involves collaborating with a team of five customer service representatives. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 7 PM. This is a full-time position. Job Type & Location This is a contract to hire position based out of Memphis, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
