Coordinate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues. Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to provide timely assistance and support. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order statuses. Analyze customer needs to proactively address potential issues and improve satisfaction. Collaborate with the logistics team to manage shipping schedules and ensure timely delivery. Provide detailed updates to customers regarding their orders and any changes. Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to order processing. Support continuous improvement initiatives for customer service processes. Requirements: Proven experience in customer service or order management roles. Proficiency in using SAP, particularly the sales and distribution module. Strong communication skills for handling inbound and outbound calls effectively. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
