Main responsibilities

We’re looking for an

Account Executive – PLM

to join our established commercial team, dedicated to growing value within our existing customer base across the

Large & Medium Enterprise

segment. In this role, you will work within a highly structured sales organization and manage a portfolio of

active clients , driving expansion opportunities through cross‑selling and upselling of our PLM solutions. As

Account Executive , you will: Manage and nurture a large portfolio of existing enterprise accounts , focusing 100% on farming activities. Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities

across PLM and AI solutions to expand the footprint within assigned customers. Leverage structured prospect lists

to proactively expand relationships within each account and open new business lines. Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams

to ensure solution alignment and customer satisfaction. Drive the entire sales cycle

within existing accounts, from opportunity identification to negotiation and closing. Contribute to the continuous improvement

of commercial processes and best practices within a well‑organized, high‑performance sales environment. Candidate profile

Proven experience

in selling

PLM solutions , ideally within structured commercial organizations. Strong client‑facing presence and

excellent professional standing , with the ability to engage credibly at multiple stakeholder levels. Background in managing

portfolios of medium‑to‑large enterprise customers , preferably within industrial, manufacturing, or logistics‑driven environments. Track record of successful

farming activities , including

cross‑selling and upselling

within existing accounts. Solid

understanding of PLM platforms

and related technologies, with exposure to AI‑driven or digital transformation solutions considered a plus. Strong

communication and negotiation skills , paired with a proactive, goal‑oriented mindset. Why This Role?
