Position Overview We are a growing State Farm agency seeking a part-time Insurance Account Representative who is eager to learn, contribute, and build a long‑term career in insurance. This role will start primarily focused on customer service and office support. Over time, the right individual will have the opportunity to transition into a full‑time sales role and develop into a strong producer.

What You’ll Do (Part‑Time Service Role)

Answer incoming calls and assist customers with policy questions and service requests

Process policy changes, payments, and documentation

Support the team with administrative tasks and follow‑up

Provide prompt, friendly, and professional customer service

Help maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance standards are met

Growth Opportunity This position is designed to develop into a full‑time sales role. As you gain product knowledge, confidence, and licensing (if not already licensed), you will begin the following:

Identifying coverage gaps and cross‑sell opportunities

Making outbound calls to prospective and current customers

Generating quotes and writing new business

Building your own book of business

Working toward becoming a top‑producing sales team member

Compensation $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
