Personal Trainer
to join our wellness team on a
flexible, independent contractor basis . This role is focused on helping our diverse membership achieve their fitness, strength, and overall health goals through customized training programs.

What You'll Do:
Master of Programming:
Design and deliver individualized and small-group training programs that are safe, effective, and tailored to meet a wide range of member fitness goals.
Client Relations Guru:
Conduct fitness assessments, monitor client progress, and foster strong, long-term relationships built on trust and motivation.
Operational Architect:
Manage your own client schedule, handle billing, and ensure professional communication while maintaining an organized and safe training environment.
Strategic Contributor:
Actively promote your services within the club, leveraging your expertise—especially in areas like
golf fitness
and functional movement—to attract new clients.
What You Bring:
Certification is Mandatory:
A current
Personal Trainer Certification
from a nationally recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM) is required.
Proven Expertise:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal training.
Specialized Knowledge (Strongly Preferred):
Experience with
TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) protocols
or golf-specific fitness programming is a significant advantage.
Entrepreneurial Mindset:
Must be a self-motivated
Independent Contractor
capable of marketing and managing all aspects of a personal training business.
Strong Interpersonal Skills:
Exceptional communication, enthusiasm, and a professional demeanor suitable for a high-end club environment.
Flexibility:
