Job Summary Lead sales growth, manage key accounts, and drive business development within a fast‑paced commercial environment.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and account management.

Manage and expand existing customer accounts while developing new business opportunities.

Propose and coordinate the delivery of consumables and materials to F&B and retail sector clients.

Maintain strong communication and relationships with local staff of Japanese and local enterprises.

Collaborate with internal teams to support sales operations and business development initiatives.

Monitor delivery schedules and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Perform additional duties as required to support departmental objectives.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience.

Experience managing or leading team members.

Comfortable working overtime and in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience in the F&B or retail supply industry is an added advantage.

Understanding of Japanese business culture and communication styles is an added advantage.

Practical knowledge of import/export operations is an added advantage.
