Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Domain - Engineering
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects.
• Strong technical writing skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in documentation tools (Confluence, MS Word, Markdown, etc.).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in IoT, PLM, or enterprise software domains.
• Knowledge of APIs, data modeling, and integration concepts.
• Familiarity with Jira, Rally, or similar tools.

Communication
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Ability to engage with Senior management and executives
• Ability to work with Engineering Teams and understand their requirements
• Document detailed requirements
• Create Art of possible and Status documentation
• Presentations for the executive team

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Create functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements.
• Support UAT and ensure requirements traceability.
• Prepare clear and concise technical documentation (SRS, BRD, API docs, user manuals).
• Maintain documentation standards and version control.
• Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for non-technical stakeholders.
• Create diagrams, workflows, and process maps using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and industry documentation standards.
