Job Description A Customer Service/Sales and Tanning Consultant at Island Heat provides each customer with exceptional service while building client rapport and relationships. Meets specific sales goals set by management. Also, they are to maintain salon cleanliness.
Job Requirements As a Customer Service/Sales Consultant at Island Heat you will be expected to perform daily responsibilities as well as provide outstanding customer service.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Projecting a positive image (through dress and personality) of our salon at all times.
Providing customers with friendly customer service and a willingness to help them choose the services and products that best fit their needs.
Remaining up-to-date in knowledge of Salon products and equipment.
Continual growth in knowledge of Smart Tanning.
Promptly greeting, checking in, and selling products and services to customers.
Cleaning Salon Equipment and facilities.
Maintaining neat and organized front desk area.
Client Data input and filing New Client Forms.
Implementing the
Guest Experience Program
Giving Tours to New Clients
Selling Memberships
Promoting our Referral Program
Uncovering needs through asking questions and being helpful
Going above and beyond for customers whenever possible
Opening/Closing of Salon
Job Hours Part Time, 20-30 hrs/wk.
