Role Description The Customer Service Representative will interact with and support the Transforming Technologies customers and Sales Representatives. Main duties and responsibilities are:
Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
Enter daily purchase orders into accounting system and invoice when shipped.
Assists Sales Representatives with price negotiation and quotes.
Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned Sales Representative or other appropriate staff.
Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns.
Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
Monitor inventory levels for specific customer products.
Project management in conjunction with Marketing Manager and Technical Sales Representatives.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or related roles
Ability to prioritize Customer Satisfaction and provide excellent Customer Experience
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in maintaining accurate records and handling multiple tasks efficiently
Familiarity with technology or manufacturing industries is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors or some college is preferred.
