Apparel Production Coordinator

Global womenswear and streetwear brand, Naked Wardrobe, is in search of an experienced Production Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. We are looking for a motivated candidate who is adaptable, flexible, and a true self-starter.
Responsibilities
Understand the product creation process from development hand-off to production
Collaborate with cross-functional teams from Design, Tech Design, Development, and Receiving to ensure on-time delivery
Partner with Product Development and Design teams to troubleshoot and resolve any setbacks that could arise during production pipeline
Follow up with vendors on samples to ensure timely arrival for fittings and key seasonal meetings
Update WIP and T&A based on production schedule
Daily communication with factories
Follow up with vendors throughout the production pipeline to ensure deadlines are being met
Coordinate shipping timelines and work alongside the shipping team to ensure all products arrive in a timely manner
Monitor the production pipeline from the first sample to final delivery
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
5 years of production experience in the apparel industry
Proven experience with apparel/ garment costing and vendor negotiation.
Proven experience with sourcing, logistics and production terminology.
Strong leadership skills
Team player
Good Attitude
Flexible & Adaptable
Strong organizational skills
Other duties as assigned.
Lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
