Job Title: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Carlisle, Cumbria
Salary: £25,000 + Uncapped Bonus with increased % based on billings
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm
Office Based | Own Transport Required

You will be:
Meeting candidates and clients face-to-face across Cumbria
Building long-term partnerships with local businesses
Identifying and headhunting high-quality candidates
Managing the full recruitment cycle from initial brief through to offer
Attending networking events and representing NXT Recruitment in the local market
Building your own personal brand alongside the NXT name

About You
Commercially aware and confident discussing business needs
Naturally relationship-driven rather than sales-script-driven
Motivated by results and financial reward
Professional, personable and credible in face-to-face meetings
Keen to attend networking events and raise your profile locally
Full UK driving license and own transport required
This role would suit someone currently working in recruitment who wants a more relationship-focused environment or someone in a business development, sales, or customer-facing role who is ready to step into recruitment and build a long-term career.
