Who Develops You VP, Product & Design + Product Design Team Lead
What You're Great At You're passionate about product design and deeply understand modern UX/UI principles, interaction patterns, and product thinking. You have a strong point of view on usability, visual hierarchy, and user-centered problem solving. You sweat the details, whether refining interaction flows, polishing UI components, or improving micro-interactions. You stay current with evolving design trends, tools, and best practices, and you care deeply about building experiences that are intuitive, elegant, and impactful. Attention to detail is one of your superpowers, and design excellence is what sets you apart.
What You'll Do
Understand business goals, user needs, and product requirements
Conduct user interviews and qualitative research to uncover insights
Translate research findings into clear design opportunities and product improvements
Design thoughtful end-to-end product experiences
Lead design initiatives and clearly communicate concepts, rationale, and prototypes to cross-functional partners
Iterate on solutions using feedback, data, and research insights
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ship high-quality experiences
Skills You Have
3+ years of product design experience (UI/UX)
Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and interaction design
Experience conducting user interviews and synthesizing research insights
Ability to turn research findings into actionable design solutions
Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma or similar)
Familiarity using AI tools within your design and product workflow
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Passion for usability, clarity, and craft
Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
Team-first mindset
Bonus If You Have
Experience designing mobile app experiences
Experience designing AI-powered products or features
Experience designing real estate or mortgage software
