About the Role As our

Senior Warehouse Sales Manager , you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for FreezPak’s cold storage and warehouse services. This individual will oversee all sales activities related to warehousing operations, lead a team of sales professionals, and collaborate with cross‑functional departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

Sales Strategy & Planning : Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals and expand the company’s customer base in the cold storage and logistics sectors.

Client Acquisition & Retention : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage existing client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Market Analysis : Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform strategic decision‑making and adapt sales tactics accordingly.

Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales professionals, setting clear performance goals, providing feedback, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Collaboration : Work closely with operations, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any customer concerns or operational issues.

Reporting : Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, ensuring timely communication of progress and challenges to senior leadership.

Contract Negotiation : Oversee contract negotiations with clients, ensuring terms align with company objectives and profitability.

CRM Management : Ensure effective use of CRM systems for managing customer relationships, tracking sales activities, and maintaining a sales pipeline.

Customer Visits & Site Tours : Host potential and existing clients for site tours of FreezPak facilities, showcasing capabilities and addressing customer‑specific needs.

What You Bring to the Pak

Experience:

Minimum of 7‑10 years of sales experience in logistics, warehousing, or cold storage, with at least 3 years in a senior sales or management role.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Skills:

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and motivate a sales team.

Deep understanding of warehousing, cold storage, and supply chain services.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.

Physical Requirements

Ability to work in cold storage environments as low as -10°F during site tours.

Some travel may be required for this position.
