Assistant Used Car Manager
to support the growth of our sales team and meet increasing market demand. We are looking for a high-performing leader with a proven track record who can help us deliver exceptional customer experience.
The Assistant Used Car Manager proactively supports sales consultants by providing guidance after each transaction, helping them achieve their income goals, and promoting effective strategies to drive sales throughout the month. This role plays a key part in managing the daily operations of the sales desk and ensuring smooth, efficient dealership performance.

Role Responsibilities
Provide leadership and support to the sales team to ensure a customer‑focused, profitable buying experience, while contributing individually and collaboratively to the entire department's continued growth.
Hire, train, and inspire sales staff while setting clear objectives for sales performance and profitability. Collaborate with the Used Car Director to develop the team and drive departmental growth.
Build strong customer relationships and clearly communicate vehicle options and pricing.
Analyze market data and sales reports to identify opportunities, address performance gaps, and drive results.
Contribute to the development of sales strategies and campaigns that support dealership objectives.
Employee Prerequisites
Advanced automotive sales management knowledge.
Must have 3-5 years of experience. Pay is based on expertise.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of automotive software is a bonus.
Maintains well‑groomed and professional appearance.
Onboarding process completed within days of applying!
