WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Your Main Responsibilities (80%)
Explore and analyse the local market across all product categories and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
Plan, execute, and monitor regional marketing activities in close cooperation with your Marketing Manager.
Contribute to the annual Marketing Area Business Plan, including pricing proposals and budget planning.
Drive product growth by supporting future product roadmaps and coordinating smooth product launches with key customers, sales, technical, and management teams.
Monitor and manage the marketing budget to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Develop activities that help customers achieve their business plans, from concept to implementation.
Create clear activity updates and KPI-driven reports to support decision-making.
General Responsibilities (20%)
Ensure cost-efficient decision‑making in all purchasing and contracting activities.
Provide strong leadership within the team, including performance management and objective setting.
Support succession planning and training initiatives each year.
Drive efficiency and productivity improvements, including process optimization and automation.
Comply with all Panasonic policies, standards, and corporate programs (ISM, CSR, Anti‑Bribery & Corruption, Competition Law).
Contribute to benchmarking, administrative tasks, and ad‑hoc projects.
Attend required trainings and participate in business trips where relevant.
Always act with health & safety in mind and report any concerns promptly.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Qualifications & Experience
A relevant university degree, ideally focused on marketing.
4–5 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
Knowledge & Skills
A customer‑first mindset with a strong understanding of the customer impact behind every decision.
A strong awareness of market trends and evolving industry dynamics.
Solid knowledge of Excel and MS Office (SAP is a plus).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic and complex environment.
Proactive, flexible, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
