Sports Camp Director in San Jose
to manage and lead our youth baseball camp program.
This is the top leadership position at camp, responsible for staff oversight, program quality, and operational excellence.
Key Duties
Supervise daily camp programming
Lead and evaluate coaching staff
Ensure safety compliance
Drive a positive and energetic camp culture
Oversee equipment and logistics
We’re Looking For
Proven leadership ability
Experience coaching baseball or softball
Ability to motivate and hold staff accountable
Strong organization skills
Commitment to youth development
Ability to travel to nearby Bay Area camp sites if needed
10-week summer role | $1,400–$1,650 per week
