Position:
Part‑Time Call Center Representative
Location:
In‑office – Oakland, CA (near Alameda, CA)
Schedule:
Weekends and weekday evenings (after hours until 9:00 PM)
What You’ll Do:
Handle a high volume of both outbound and inbound calls
Follow up with homeowners regarding remodeling inquiries
Schedule consultations and support our sales team
Maintain accurate records in our system
Represent our company with professionalism and enthusiasm
Requirements:
Previous call center experience (required)
Strong, clear, confident phone presence
Excellent listening skills
Energetic personality with a friendly voice and positive attitude
Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
Computer literate and able to navigate multiple systems
Self‑motivated and able to work independently at times
Patience and empathy
A personality where your smile can be heard through the phone
Reliable and punctual
Reliable method of transportation is a must
