Role Description LAMARQUE is seeking a freelance creative designer to support seasonal collection development for our womenswear division. This role is focused on concept development, silhouette innovation, and elevating our leather and separates categories.

This is not a production or technical role. We are looking for a strong creative mind who can help shape product direction and bring fresh perspective while respecting brand DNA.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing seasonal creative direction aligned with brand identity

Generate 15–25 original silhouettes per season

Propose proportion shifts and category evolution

Conduct competitive and market analysis

Collaborate with internal technical team for execution handoff

Qualifications

5–10+ years experience in contemporary womenswear

Proficiency in design tools and software, including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Strong understanding of proportion, construction, and commercial viability

Creativity and ability to stay current with fashion trends and forecasts

Exceptional communication, collaboration, and time management skills

Experience in the fashion industry, specifically working with leather and outerwear, is a strong asset

Degree in Fashion Design
