Full-Time, 1st Shift (5:00am - 3:30pm)

As a Cabinet Finisher, you’ll help transform raw materials into beautifully finished components for world‑class aircraft interiors. What You’ll Be Doing: In this entry‑level role, you’ll receive hands‑on training and mentorship as you learn the fundamentals of aircraft cabinet finishing. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include:
Learning and performing surface preparation and finishing techniques using sanding, polishing, and masking tools.
Following engineering drawings and safety standards to prepare materials and apply finishes.
Using adhesives, solvents, and finishing compounds to treat cabinet surfaces with precision and care.
Working with the material tracking system to document progress, sign off completed tasks, and report issues.
Supporting a clean, organized, and safety‑compliant work environment by following all 5S and PPE guidelines.
Collaborating closely with experienced technicians to continually build your knowledge and skillset.
What You’ll Need to Succeed: Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Computer literacy and comfort using digital tools
Willingness and ability to:
Lift up to 40 pounds
Climb stairs/ladders
Work in confined areas and on any shift
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in woodworking, wood finishing, auto body, or painting in a technical setting
Completion of a Technical Certificate in cabinet making or related field
Recent participation in a youth apprenticeship program in a skilled trade

Pay Details: $33.81 per hour
