Reporting to senior leadership, the Business Development Manager will drive market expansion across Texas, developing new relationships and strengthening existing ones. For the Business Development Manager, we are seeking: 3-5+ years of business development experience within commercial construction Background in sectors such as retail, grocery, big-box, light industrial, or distribution centers Strong network within the Dallas big box retail/light industrial construction market Proven ability to build pipelines and win repeat business Degree in construction, architecture, engineering, or related discipline Highly proactive, relationship-driven, and comfortable working in a ground-up environment What's on Offer
