Our client is a well-established, privately owned real estate firm with more than five decades of industry presence. Based out of their Palo Alto headquarters, their in-house legal team provides dedicated support across a broad portfolio of real estate companies spanning development, investment, and services.

They are seeking an experienced Legal & Corporate Paralegal to join a close-knit team working alongside several attorneys and a Senior Corporate Paralegal. What the Role Involves

Liaise with external counsel, title companies, senior executives, and internal stakeholders across corporate and real estate matters

Support due diligence processes for acquisitions, financings, and joint ventures; compile transaction summaries and oversee the coordination of closing documents

Prepare and review corporate governance documentation, including board resolutions and filings related to regulatory compliance

Keep legal information systems, entity management platforms, and due diligence databases current and well-maintained

Review and prepare real estate transaction documents, closing packages, and property management agreements on an as‑needed basis

Deliver responsive, high‑quality assistance to attorneys with varying approaches and working styles

Handle entity formations, dissolutions, and jurisdictional registrations; oversee the upkeep of minute books and organizational records

Ensure all corporate compliance and governance documents are executed and filed accurately and within required timeframes

Required:

At ease working within a structured, formal corporate hierarchy with regular exposure to senior leadership

Active Notary Commission Certificate

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a closely related field

Proven ability to work autonomously and balance multiple competing deadlines

Solid proficiency across the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) alongside hands‑on experience with document management systems

A minimum of 5 years of corporate paralegal experience, ideally with a background in real estate or corporate law

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred:

Working knowledge of MS Visio and entity management platforms

Formal Paralegal Certification

Prior experience with real estate transactions

Flexible hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 in‑office days per week

Base salary range of $125,000 to $145,000, commensurate with experience

Full medical, dental, and vision coverage
