Albuquerque Bible Church (Albuquerque, NM) – Lead Pastor
The Big Picture Albuquerque Bible Church http://albuquerquebiblechurch.com is searching for a full‑time Lead Pastor.
The Qualifications We are looking for the following qualifications based on Timothy 3:1–7 and Titus 1:5–9:
Must have a good reputation among church members (beyond reproach)
A faithful husband (not a womanizer)
Is known to use wise judgement in church and home
Shows graciousness to others and is welcoming to church visitors
Able to teach expository and topical lessons (preferred)
Shuns alcohol, tobacco, and drugs
Acts as a peacemaker, is not a lover of money
Is a godly family leader that has the respect of his wife and children
Has a proven leadership track record in his community with at least 5 years leadership experience in a Christian organization or 3 years experience as a Pastor in an evangelical church
Must be an ordained minister from a reputable organization or church
The Pastor must share like‑minded beliefs and agree to abide within the Constitution and By‑laws of Albuquerque Bible Church
Albuquerque Bible Church is a non‑denominational, non‑charismatic, traditional Bible‑believing fellowship located in the north Valley of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Albuquerque Bible Church exists to honor and glorify God by obeying Jesus’ command to make disciples of all people groups. We accomplish this through our Mission and Core Values.
Our Mission
Reaching our community and beyond with the good news that Jesus saves (Luke 15, 19:10)
Teaching believers through the Bible how to love God and love their neighbors as themselves (Col. 1:28; Matthew 22:37‑40)
Sending those believers back out into the world to share with others the story of how Jesus saved them (Rom. 10:13‑15; Acts 1:8)

Dependency on God: for every area of our lives
Prayer: individual and corporate prayer as crucial in doing God’s work

Missions: taking Christ to the nations by giving and praying Ministry
Loving Relationships: acceptance, caring for others, forgiving
Traditional Worship: giving praise and worship to our Lord and Savior by singing songs in our hymn book along with our talented pianist and worship team
Bible Study: for spiritual growth and relationship building
Strengthening Families: through our children’s ministries and adult church services
The Compensation 30,000 plus housing to start with, increases to coincide with growth.
