Growth Hacker

Dancing Dragons LLC, Riverside, CA, United States

As our Growth Hacker, you'll sit at the intersection of business development, fundraising, and creative marketing — driving unconventional, scrappy, and data-driven tactics that move the needle fast. This isn't a traditional marketing role. You'll design and run rapid growth experiments, engineer viral loops and referral mechanics, forge creative partnerships, pursue grant funding opportunities, support fundraising efforts, and find inventive ways to acquire users and coaches at scale without big-budget ad spend. You'll also drive strategic business development — identifying revenue partnerships, enterprise deals, and new market opportunities. On the fundraising side, you'll help research and write grant applications, prepare pitch materials for investors, and support capital-raising initiatives. Beyond traditional growth channels, you'll leverage webinars, livestreaming, and podcasting as audience-building engines — hosting live content, booking guests, and repurposing recordings into high-performing social and SEO assets. You'll work closely with the CEO, product, and sales teams to identify growth levers, validate hypotheses quickly, and double down on what works. If you're the kind of person who sees growth opportunities where others see dead ends — and you love the thrill of shipping fast and measuring everything — this role is for you.
