Your Responsibilities Will Include
Collaborating and developing the design with principal and other team members;
Proficient with AutoCAD software to create detailed designs and drawings such as plans, elevations, and details;
Work from rough sketches and specifications given by principal and team members;
Create realistic 3D models using Revit.
Minimum Requirements
BA in Interior Design or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality design
High level of proficiency in AutoCAD required
Knowledge of FF&E Specifications
Ability to work independently and as well as within a team
Experience with 3DS Max, V‑Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
Must be a self‑starter and eager to participate in all aspect of design process
Candidates must be authorized to work in the US.
