Key Responsibilities
Support the Construction Superintendent in managing day-to-day site operations
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely progress
Maintain job site safety and quality standards
Supervise and assist field crews, ensuring work meets project specs and timelines
Perform regular site inspections, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions
Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or a related field
Solid understanding of construction techniques, materials, and safety practices
Strong time management and organizational skills
Effective communicator with problem‑solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management tools
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
