This is a

hybrid role (3 days/week in-office) based in Phoenix, AZ

Through SV Academy’s

Sales Development Residency , you’ll receive hands‑on training and step into a full‑time SDR role at a high‑growth tech company known for innovation, strong sales culture, and internal career growth.

What’s included:

2 weeks of immersive sales training

Ongoing coaching and mentorship during the first 12‑weeks of your role

The Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers. You’ll learn how to confidently speak to technical solutions, uncover business challenges, and book high-quality meetings for Account Executives.

You’ll be responsible for:

Outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn

Researching accounts and engaging key decision‑makers

Qualifying leads and setting meetings for AEs

Clearly articulating the value of an AI‑driven solution

Hitting weekly and monthly activity and meeting targets

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need prior cybersecurity or tech sales experience.

We’re looking for people who are:

Curious, coachable, and eager to learn

Comfortable with cold outreach and phone conversations

Resilient and motivated by goals

Organized and accountable

Customer‑facing or sales‑adjacent experience is a plus.
