Responsibilities
Responsible for direct sales of our products into new and existing online accounts.
Experience with online sales platforms and e-commerce is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
Responsible for managing the development and maintenance of online stores and are also tasked with coming up with new marketing strategies based on the review of business analytics and industry trends.
Focused on developing, implementing, and managing a sales strategy to achieve aggressive sales goals.
Develop, monitor, write, and update product content contained on E-Commerce websites/portals.
Provide market feedback to the Management regarding competitive offerings, and prospect needs and generate product development ideas.
Identify, engage, and assist in developing vendor programs for new product lines.
Monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators- sellers rating, customers acquisition cost, sales conversion rate, page visits, return/ bounce rate, traffic source revenue, etc.,
Build professional and trusting relationships with customers. Set and manage clients' expectations.
Maintain good working relationships with co-sales promo and store management
Customer Support
Ensure quality sales, after-sales, and service to clients
Handle customer complaints
Prepare daily sales reports and maintain sales activity records and store inventory
