
Territory Sales Account Manager — B2B Technology & Telecom (Hybrid)

Role Summary
This is a
territory-based SMB B2B sales role , focused on helping small and mid-sized businesses upgrade connectivity and technology solutions. You will run
routed warm meetings , supplement them with targeted outreach, and use proven scripts, pricing tools, and proposal templates to shorten the
discovery → proposal → close
cycle.
Paid onboarding and ongoing coaching are provided.
What You’ll Do
Manage a defined
Hollywood / Broward SMB territory
with both routed warm meetings and self-sourced outreach.
Book and qualify meetings with
owners and key decision-makers .
Run structured discovery, prepare tailored proposals, handle objections, and
close deals efficiently .
Maintain a healthy pipeline ( ~3× coverage ) and log activities, notes, and next steps
same-day
in the CRM.
Coordinate smooth installs/activations and confirm early-adoption KPIs with each customer.
Provide
2–3 field insights per week
to help refine scripts, offers, market segmentation, and messaging.
What You Bring
Proven
B2B sales success , ideally in telecom, SaaS, IT services, or other technical categories.
Strong negotiation and closing ability; comfortable with owner-led SMB conversations.
Discipline with KPIs, CRM documentation, forecasting, and activity planning.
Clear communicator who is adaptable, coachable, and consistent.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
(territory travel required).
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Spanish skills are a plus
in this territory but not required.
Compensation & Classification
1099 Independent Contractor
Commission-only
with paid onboarding
Weekly/monthly performance bonuses
Typical OTE:
$50,000–$90,000+ annually
depending on territory performance and activity discipline
Uncapped earning structure — top performers exceed OTE
